How can I tell if my Chanel bag is authentic?

It came with a card of authenticity so does that mean it has to be authentic? I know things can be duplicated so I am not sure if they could duplicate a card of authenticity. Is there a way of checking the number online? Also can you tell me what a real chanel bag would look like?|||LV bags come with a serial number on the inside and sewn into the purse-

on fake bags the threads are usually tied on the outside of the bag where a purse that really costs hundreds will not have the ending to a thread on the side of the purse -

I would also think your pattern would be alligned almost perfectly where a cheap imitation wouldnt the patterns would just end where they end -

dont worry if it is fake if its cute its worth carrying and unless some one has owned multiple chanel bags they prob dont know if its a knock off or not -|||according to where you got it for one...

there should be a web site that you can check

id think.|||it depends on the store you got it from and how much you paid, if you paid like under $150 for a tote then it might be fake. if you got it from a good reputable store online, then you could rely on it bieng real, adn if you got it from a chanel store, well duhhhhhh|||There is the Chanel logo inside of your bag.|||Where did you get it? If you got it for a ridiculously cheap price from some shady vendor off the street, I would almost guarantee that it's fake. If you paid a good price for it from a reputable website, like designersimports.com, then it's probably real. The best way to check is to either check online at Chanel's website to compare your bag or to go and check some out in the store.|||because u asked

taht means u hav doubts

so it probably isn't

srry|||Since you asked it's probably not.|||i can send you some detail pictures of the chanel handbag.send me the email,luofiona@yahoo.com|||Where did you purchase the bag? Most Chanel bags on Ebay or sold at stands in the mall are fake, and yes, the authenticity cards are often bogus as well. You should take to a Chanel dealer and have them look at it.

A good rule of thumb to go by is if the bag costs less than 1/4 of the retail price, it it more than likely a fake.
