What is the Salary of a cosmetic product trainer of Chanel, Shiseido, and Christian Dior?

I used to work for a cosmetic company called Shiseido. They send us to school for training and the trainer would teach us about product knowledge. I'm very interested to getting into that position with Chanel,Christian Dior, or Shiseido. Is anyone familiar on how i can get there and what their Salary is?|||They average about $40,000 + commission of course. High end products you need a strong seller!|||That's very hard to answer. I really have no clue.
