I visited a vintage shop in Brick Lane, London the other day and saw they had a few 'vintage' chanel bags, going for around 拢115 +.
I didnt buy one, but I'm interested so would like to know any tips on how to source the real from the fake, incase the shop owners cant tell themselves!
Thanks!|||One huge thing to watch out for is the stitching, if it's poorly done, not well constructed and if the sewing is crooked it IS fake, anything to indicate poor quality/structure is a big factor as Chanel does not sell anything that does not meet their high standard of quality.
There should also be a serial/id number inside the bag somewhere and in some cases your purchase might also include a dustbag, certificate etc.
If you can find out what model it is, have a look online to see that everything is exactly as you see it, as fakes will get most things right but miss a few features of the bag.
